We want homeowners who reach Disableddutch Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Disableddutch Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line, or plumbing, start with the provider. Raise it with them directly and keep a written record.

Then tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Disableddutch Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@disableddutch.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
